本隱私權政策說明 echohole（以下稱「我們」）開發的行動遊戲 BestSeller - Back To The Top（以下稱「本遊戲」）如何處理您的資訊。 我們的核心原則是：本遊戲盡可能少地蒐集資料，且不會蒐集能直接辨識您個人身分的資料。 下載、安裝或使用本遊戲，即表示您同意本政策所述之作法。

This Privacy Policy explains how echohole (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information in the mobile game BestSeller - Back To The Top (the “Game”). Our guiding principle is simple: the Game collects as little data as possible and does not collect information that directly identifies you. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

a) 遊戲進度與設定
本遊戲會將您的遊戲進度與設定儲存在您裝置本機，包含關卡進度、金幣、升級、 圖鑑收集、成就狀態與語言／音量等設定。

此外，本遊戲會透過 Google Play 遊戲服務的「遊戲進度存檔（Saved Games）」 功能，將上述進度資料同步至您的 Google 帳號，讓您在重新安裝或更換裝置時能還原進度。 這些資料儲存於 Google 的伺服器；我們沒有自己的伺服器，也無法存取這些內容。

b) Google Play 遊戲服務（成就 / 存檔 / 登入）
本遊戲整合 Google Play 遊戲服務，用於解鎖成就以及同步上述遊戲進度存檔。本遊戲啟動時會 嘗試以您裝置上既有的 Google 帳號自動登入，Google 會處理您的 Play 遊戲帳號資訊 （例如玩家 ID、玩家代稱）以提供這些服務。此互動由 Google 依其自身隱私權政策管理。 目前本遊戲未提供在遊戲內登出的選項；您可在裝置上的「Google Play 遊戲」 應用程式中管理您的帳號設定。

c) 廣告（Google AdMob）
本遊戲可能會顯示獎勵式廣告（例如觀看廣告以復活或獲得額外金幣）， 由 Google AdMob 提供。廣告服務可能會蒐集與使用裝置與廣告相關的識別碼（例如廣告 ID）、 概略的裝置資訊及互動資料，用於投放與衡量廣告。此類資料由 Google 蒐集與處理， 並可能與 Google 的廣告合作夥伴分享，以投放及衡量個人化廣告。

我們不會蒐集您的姓名、電子郵件、電話、精確定位、通訊錄或相片。

a) Game progress and settings
The Game saves your progress and settings locally on your device — including level progress, coins, upgrades, bestiary entries, achievement status, and preferences such as language and volume.

In addition, the Game syncs this progress data to your Google Account using the Saved Games feature of Google Play Games Services, so that you can restore your progress after reinstalling or when switching devices. This data is stored on Google’s servers; we operate no servers of our own and cannot access its contents.

b) Google Play Games Services (achievements / saved games / sign-in)
The Game integrates Google Play Games Services to unlock achievements and to sync the saved game data described above. On launch, the Game attempts to sign in automatically using a Google Account already present on your device, and Google processes your Play Games account information (such as your player ID and gamer tag) to provide these services. This interaction is governed by Google’s own privacy policy. The Game does not currently offer an in-game sign-out option; you can manage your account settings in the Google Play Games app on your device.

c) Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game may show rewarded ads (for example, watch an ad to revive or to earn extra coins), served by Google AdMob. Ad services may collect and use device and advertising identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), coarse device information, and interaction data to deliver and measure ads. This data is collected and processed by Google, and may be shared with Google’s advertising partners to deliver and measure personalized ads.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, or photos.

We do not sell your data.

本遊戲並非以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，且我們不會有意蒐集兒童的個人資料。 若您認為兒童向我們提供了個人資料，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫，我們將採取合理步驟移除。

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

• 您可在遊戲的「設定」中使用「清除遊戲資料」，這會同時刪除 裝置上的本機進度，以及儲存在 Google Play 遊戲服務中的雲端存檔。若您清除時裝置處於離線 狀態，本遊戲會在下次連線登入時自動完成雲端存檔的清除。

• You can use Clear Game Data in the Game’s Settings. This deletes both the local progress on your device and the saved game data stored in Google Play Games Services. If your device is offline when you clear, the Game will complete the cloud deletion automatically the next time it signs in online.
• You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
• You can manage the account and saved game data associated with the Game in the Google Play Games app on your device.
• Uninstalling the Game removes all locally stored data from your device; your cloud saved game data is retained in your Google Account unless you use Clear Game Data first.
